Digital representatives shown on the website are AI-generated characters or presenter previews, rather than human staff members. Gallery GIFs, videos and scripted examples illustrate appearance, movement and possible workflows; they are not evidence of an active conversation or completed transaction.
When a working conversational assistant is available, its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm important information with a person.
