Live AI Reps is a brand of Pacific Marketers, LLC. This policy describes information involved in using this website. Separate client agreements and connected platforms may provide additional information about paid-service data handling.
Browsing and visual previews
The website’s gallery GIFs, videos and scripted conversation examples do not request your contact details or submit an inquiry. Example names, messages and records are fictional. Selecting a role, viewing a gallery item or changing an example happens in your browser.
The website does not include a first-party advertising pixel or a first-party analytics tracker. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and requested pages, to serve and protect the website. Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers and receives the information involved in those requests.
Email and phone contact
If you choose to email or call us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and inquiry. We use that information to respond and discuss or provide the services you request. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically.
Conversational AI and third parties
The working assistant on the sales page is supplied through CueVue. If you use that assistant, the provider may process conversation content, audio if you enable your microphone, contact information you choose to share and technical information needed to operate the conversation. Provider terms, notices and settings govern its processing. Browser microphone permission is controlled by you.
Do not share sensitive or confidential information through a demonstration. Review the provider notices presented with the assistant before starting a conversation. This policy will be updated as additional working rep integrations are added.
Use, sharing and retention
Inquiry information may be handled by the email, phone, hosting or conversation providers involved in delivering the requested functionality. Information may also be used as needed to maintain security, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. The length of time information is retained depends on the purpose, any resulting business relationship, applicable requirements and the relevant provider’s practices.
This site has no first-party advertising or data-sale integration. A third-party service’s separate data practices should be reviewed in its own notices.
Your choices and requests
You can browse the informational pages and gallery without starting an AI conversation. You can decline microphone access, close the assistant or contact us directly. Your browser can also block third-party requests and manage its stored site data; some features may then behave differently.
For questions about information you have provided, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email kevin@aicentralagency.com. We may need to verify the request. Available rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on applicable law. Requests about a third-party account or processing may also need to be directed to that provider.
